EZ Corn Creamer Instructions (Home Cook Friendly)
- Trim the Corn
Cut off both ends of the cob. We recommend the Clever Cleaver, which also works well for hard vegetables.
- Secure the Cob
Attach the corn cob screw to your drill. Screw it into the fat end of the cob for a secure hold.
- Remove Silks and Husks
Clamp the desilker/deshucker tube to your counter. Spin the cob through the brushes to remove husks and silk.
- Cream the Corn
Slowly guide the cob into the creamer tube, letting the teeth do the work. Spin two to three times per cob for smooth, fresh creamed corn.
- Whole Kernel Option
Run the cob through the whole kernel cutter to retain pulp and extra texture. Add pulp to your creamed corn for thicker results, or leave it out for smoother dishes. Alternatively, skip the creaming step and get fresh whole kernels.
- Remove the Cob
Reverse the drill to safely remove the cob from the screw.
Tip: The Clever Cleaver makes trimming corn ends fast and precise and is especially helpful if you're prepping large batches for freezing or canning!
